ROWNOW BEGINNER PROGRAM

This is the ultimate learn-to-row course for beginners. It includes 4 weeks of full row-along workouts, 3 different sessions each week. Stop trying to do random workouts posted on social media - follow a progressive program that incrementally teaches you the stroke. Avoid being overwhelmed! Learn drills, tips and all the cues to get you rowing now so you can continue to row as long as you want.


ROWREADY INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM

Step up your rowing with this 6-week progressive program. Know exactly what to do and when to do it to achieve your fitness goals. See a slight increase in volume and intensity from the RowNow program - but still enjoy drills and intro videos for every workout. This is perfect for newer rowers and a great resource for the more experienced rower or coach!


RowStrong Rowing + Strength Program

Combine bodyweight and/or dumbbell strength movements with rowing in a fully progressive program for both. This program gets you started in adding resistance training to your rowing with a simple, easy to follow layout. Videos are included for every strength movement and rowing drill. Enjoy a variety of rowing workouts, including combining strength and rowing intervals! This program is great for athletes of any level. If you want to learn to row AS you also learn to add in strength movements, we suggest getting RowNow as well and combining the two.
